Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering, each user automatically grants their explicit consent to Tripeduca s.r.o., which operates the website and mobile application Hidden Stories (www.skrytepribehy.cz) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), as the data controller, to process their personal data (namely: e-mail address, team name, or photographs) for the purpose of recording the user's activity and results in the Hidden Stories game. This consent is granted by the User to the Operator for as long as the User's personal account used to record the User's activity within the Hidden Stories game exists.

As part of the registration procedure, the User confirms that they have been informed by the Hidden Stories Operator of their rights under the Data Protection Act.

Collection and use of personal data

All information about users is stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. As respectability is our first and foremost priority, we are fully aware of our obligations in managing and protecting this sensitive data.

The Operator respects the privacy of persons visiting its website and mobile application. We only collect personally identifiable information (such as team name or email) that you voluntarily provide to us. The operator will only use this data for the purposes stated when the data was collected. In order to ensure that Hidden Stories works as well as possible, we will use the information provided to contact you to find out what you need so that we can then improve our non-traditional play guides. The mobile app tracks the user's location, even when the app is running in the background. This is so that the app can notify the user of places with tasks (stops) even if they are not currently open. User location data is not collected and stored in any way. The only exceptions are records of where and when the user performed game-related tasks.

The Operator will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party, except to Hidden Stories z.s., which is involved in the implementation of the Hidden Stories project. Companies can use the information in aggregate form for statistical analyses of traffic on the Hidden Stories website and mobile app. In this processing, no personally identifiable information can be extracted from the data.

The data controller is Tripeduca s.r.o. This company holds your personal information securely and protects it from unauthorized persons, misuse or disclosure. Your data is safe on computer servers in a controlled and protected environment, secured by state-of-the-art hardware and software systems to protect your data.

The Operator reserves the right to update or change this Data Protection Statement if necessary. Any changes will be notified immediately on this page.

Right to erasure from the database

You can delete your account, including all collected data, directly from the mobile application (Profile / Delete account). The provider can also request the deletion of the account by e-mail. And this by e-mail sent from the e-mail address specified during registration to e-mail [email protected]. The operator hereby undertakes to delete all data from the database no later than 10 working days from the delivery of the request by e-mail.
